At Kidz Place you can be confident your baby will experience a nurturing and calming environment,focused on developing positive and trusting relationships. Our specially designed infant care rooms are places where babies feel safe, secure and happy. Rooms are divided into general interest areas that meet children’s need to move, explore and express and relax. Personal cribs, separate areas for changing and feeding ensure clean playing, eating and sleeping spaces. We also provide daily reports and changing sheets so that you are kept abreast of what your child is doing while in our care.
Activities focus on skills linked to large and fine-motor development along with cognitive, social-emotional and language development. A simple game of hide-and-seek is an opportunity to encourage memory development.
Through simple games like peek-a-boo, our loving teachers begin the foundational work for later learning and help infants grow in areas like:
- Motor Skill Development – grasping, clutching, movement
- Sensory Development – touching, feeling, listening
- Play and Rest
